Does the American voltage/plug system work the same in Taiwan? I'm wondering if I need adaptors for some of my appliances and if the voltage/plugs will be all right, ie, are they square, the same width apart, can be plugged right in etc. |

Not totally true....you may find many plugs dont have the 3rd "ground" prong, and if you have a 3 pronged plug (like on a laptop) you may not be able to plug things in...you can buy adapters at any carrefour way cheaper than back home....other than that everything is the same.... |

I thought the adaptor the OP referred to was that which one needs for places like Europe.
As for three prong - two prong adaptors, pick them up at any 10 NT store. |
