Looking to move to Takatsuki(or an area that is easily accessible to Osaka and Kyoto) this spring and was wondering the best place to live? Also, if anyone has leads on renting a 2DK or house without paying key money or deposit if possible there too? |

when you ask about the best place to live, what do you mean exactly? are you after suburb names or just general information? anything between the railway tracks and the hills is probably good. i lived on the wrong side of the tracks and it was vile. there's quite a big gaijin community in nearby ibaraki (some apartment blocks with a lot of gaijin in them, which means not having to break-in the landlord) if that's your thing. |

Find out yourself. http://www.jorudan.co.jp/english/norikae/
It also depends on whether you take the JR line or the Hankyu line. They are less than a 15 minute walk apart. |
