HI,
I haven't been on this board, but haven't seen much on Puebla in ages.
I was wondering how the work is there with UDLAP or other university?
So much is written of the other major centers on uni work, but I don't fancy those areas (GTO,MEX,GDL etc)
Appreciate any information, re: work possibilities and cost of living etc.

well, well! allow me... 
i've been in Puebla six months...
i spoke with the folks at UDLAP and they want you to have an MA in Linguistics or something like that...
if not, they said there might be a chance of working through the dept. of international studies as some kinda tutor or something...
lemme know if you have any more questions or shoot me a PM...
