yo? er................hello,
you need to add more information to your question such as the location of this school, and also the phrase "what's up with" suggests to non American English speakers that you have some experience of them already and that there is a problem which you would like to have clarified.
how would you rephrase the question?

Nah...I am just thinking about making the move to Poland next year when my contract is up and am looking for a decent deal in terms of job and a place to work....and I have seen this add on the job forum bit:
