| I've searched the threads on this topic, but am still a bit unsure about this place. In what way is it 'affiliated' with KFUPM? Do the same 'quality control standards' re staff and students apply at both institutions? i.e. I've heard that DCC is a dumping ground for both staff and students who haven't made the cut at KFUPM. Any advice/assistance on this appreciated. Thanks. |

| Yes, they are connected in some way. There are no 'quality control standards' for the institutionalised staff or disillusioned students you'll find there. |
