Last year I posted some comments about Xiuwen International Academy on this forum that stated some very negative facts about the school, it's owner and some of the staff. That post was made at a time of anger and do not reflect the true nature of this job or the people there. I have moved on to a University job, but in my heart I have many good memories of Xiuwen Academy and Zibo. If you are looking for a job working with children in a positive, rewarding environment, this may be the place for you. I have not been asked to write this nor will I recieve any reward. This is the by product of a guilty conscience. A lesson here....never post in anger.....Thanks for listening.

Thanks for posting this correction as I am sure that a lot of people wouldn't have bothered. It is important though as it gives a much fairer idea of what the school is really like.

They are obviously not perfect as they upset you in the first place, but they are not the devil that you may have made them out to be. Sounds prety much like most schools here and experiences are what you choose to make of them.

So the lesson here, if you gonna dance, sometimes you pay the band. Yeah, it was worth it.

I was following your first lesson since you posted it. I have been standing in the corner like a wallflower for a long time now. Teacher, are you telling me your first lesson was a lie? Can I dance and not pay the band? I'm really angry at you right now, but I still posted because I don't trust your lessons any more.

A valid point......I wish I had a better answer. All that I can come up with is that life in learning process and I learned much from this place. Good and bad. Maybe both lessons do apply. But I no longer have any anger or hard feelings towards the school. I have accepted my responsibility for my part in the situation. Maybe one day you can see fit to forgive me too.
