Okay, I could swear I've asked about this before, but I did some searching and couldn't find anything so I'll ask again: What are the questions Nova asks you when they want you to respond in three words or less? Is it three words or less or does it have to be three words? How many questions do they ask you?

I've found a few examples of these questions, but not many. It's not so much that I can't think of three words as the fact that, apparently, if you hesitate, they move on, so I have to answer fast and fast isn't my forte'.

How about: What three words describe your personality?

I'm patient, organized and professional.

What three words do other people use to describe you?

People say I am outgoing, approachable and slow.

You get the idea.

As Furious said with regards the questions, the answers however are 3 words exactly. You cannot say "I Describe myself as outgoing, energetic, and confident." They just want you to say "Outgoing, energetic, confident." No more, no less. At least that was what happened when I did the interview. They even stopped me when I almost said a fourth word.
If you are unsure when you get to the interview ask them to be specific before they start asking you the questions.

Best of luck.

it's 3 word answers only and I think it was about 20 questions or so. After which, they will ask you to elaborate on some of them.

For example:
On this question: "What three words do other people use to describe you?" you answered: "outgoing, approachable, slow" What do you mean by "slow"?

Of course, you could turn each of your answers into the first line of a haiku.

What three words describe your weaknesses?

'Achilles heel: slow!'

And you would still want to teach at such a place that evidently treats its staff as children or machines -- or both? Rolling Eyes

So they mostly ask questions that can be answered with adjectives?

Not sure if you're asking me or the OP this question....If you're asking me, then my answer is no. I did the interview, was offered the job, but declined because I didn't want to work for them, even though I had no other offers of work in Japan at the time.

Omeo: Yes they seemed to ask questions that almost expect you to answer with adjectives. From what I recall I was asked about 10 questions more or less.

Well that's a little better. That sounds easier to handle. Thanx.

That is a winner right there. I may consider doing that in my daily life from now on.

Expressing yourself,
In the form of a haiku,
Is the way forward.

However you must also consider,

There is nothing worse
There is nothing more awful
Than a bad haiku.

Well, excuse me please,
I'm certainly no Basho,
Which is just too bad.

I think we both wish,
We could write a great haiku,
I know I can not.
