|
|
I'm looking to see if anyone can share their experiences with using Sakura-House.
I need to find a reasonably priced place to stay for 1 month before my girlfriend and I find a permanent place.
Their prices seem some what reasonable.
Any other agencies that don't require key money?
Thanks |

Sakura House are good in the short term as they don't charge key money and you can get your deposit back at very short notice. However the monthly rent is more expensive as a result.
If you are looking to stay longer than a year it's worth paying the key money to get cheaper accomodation, but in the short term Skura House is good value. Their apartments aren't the best in the world but they are functional. |
