Hi,
My name's Jude, I'm from London, UK. I've recently got my Trinity Tesol and I'm planning on flying to CR in mid December, either to Liberia or San Jose, preferably the capital to increase job hunting prospects.
Anyway I'll worry about the job once I'm settled.
I'm hoping to find a room in a shared house/apartment with other ESL teachers. Failing that a homestay and last resort renting by myself. It needs to be in a nice, well located, safe, secure building and part of town as I want to bring a laptop with me. My budget is quite healthy so I don't mind going top end if needs be.
Anyway, I'm a smart funny interesting person and I'm fully house trained. Does anyone think they can help out or have any recommendations?
Thanks in advance, Jude |

I'll be flying down on 12/1, but I won't need a place until 1/01/07. Hopefully you've managed to find something by then, but if not feel free to shoot me an email. We might be able to pool resources and find something.

I remember reading several threads that answered your question about resources for apertment seekers in detail, but having just looked through a bunch of old threads I wasn't able to find any good info either! Unless those threads have been deleted that info should still be there somewhere.
I do seem to remember people mentioning that the site www.nacion.com was a pretty good place to find apartemento listings.
Buena Suerte! |
