Just been told by the admin at work that due to ministry regulations teachers are no longer getting issued multiple exit visas. Can anyone confirm this?
If so this will be real pain in the arse as it cuts out the scope for spontaneous trips to Bahrain, will eat up passport pages and of course end up being costly. |

I also heard this rumour a few months back.
However, when I voiced my concerns on this board, other teachers said that they were still getting multiple exit-reentry visas from their employers. So it's all as clear as mud... |

Why would they do it? Doesn't sound credible. If it does happen look on the bright side - you won't be blow'n all that bread in Bahrain anymore. They'll be doing you a favour. |

It was mentioned in a thread on a similar topic recently that teachers in other parts of the KSA were getting multi exits no problem. Can anyone confirm that this is still the case?
I work at an institution in Riyadh. Could it be the case that rules and regulations are not applied consistently throughout the country? Has anyone teaching in Riyadh also been told recently that multi exit visas are not for them. |

Inconsistency in the application of rules? In KSA? Surely not...
Seriously though, if this is indeed a minsiterial directive, it should apply across the board. The question is: is it a ministerial directive? |

Have been told to fill in the application form whenever I want and that it will take two to three days. |
