What is the best way to weed out scam, BS jobs on the job listing site here at esl cafe? Everything looks so damn pretty and inviting, yet my inner con man/bartender tells me that so much of this is really a highly specialized nigerian con. Please internet oracle pythoness looking people, give me succour.

The best way is to spend sometime reading through these forums and others where you'll get to read more than your fair share of horror stories. Get an idea of what to expect and then take whichever offer that seems to somewhat fit what you're looking for.
