Hello,
My partner and I are looking for a house in either:
Ba Dinh/Westlake
Dong Da
Hai Ba Trung
near Temple of Literature

or anywhere else reasonably central and not in Hoan Kiem (old quarter)
Our budget for an entire house is $400-$600 maximum per month for a period of five to six months. We are currently in Hanoi and ready to move in immediately. We've tried looking at the notice boards, but no luck as yet.

I have another friend interested in a room straight away, and another friend coming in February, so if you can recommend an entire house or if you want to fill up 1-3 rooms, let me know! We'd even appreciate any advice on good real estate agents who show the good places straight up at a fair price, or any good districts I havent mentioned above that are a bit quieter than the Old Quarter but still reasonably central. Thanks heaps Smile
