Hey...
I figured that it was worth a shot. My boyfriend and I will be arriving in Leon, gto on January 3rd and will be looking for work. We both have our university degrees and TESL certificates. Just thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas.

Was there at the weekend. Bring a car, Leon isn't the kind of place you'd want to be hiking up and down but there are tons of schools there. Just go in and ask, always the best way in Mexico. Hit the universities too, some hire in January just before the start of the new semester. Leon has a great bus system though, which makes getting around on foot easier. Bring CVs, documents and get a cell as soon as you arrive. Unefon are pretty cheap, about $500 pesos or so will get you a basic set up. Good luck!
