can anyone tell me or point me in the right direction as how to include an avatar in my profile? thanks |

You'll need to find a picture on the net and copy the full URL to the section of your profile that asks for it. A full url includes the http://www part
Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/) seems a popular choice...don't forget to change the picture dimensions if it's too big...200 X 200 or smaller seems a nice number.
