Interesting comments from my wife's multi-lingual student. He'd like to study at a university in Europe (not the UK), but he'd prefer to do it in English. Any of our European members know of any such programs? |

"My" old uni, University of Maastricht, Nederlands, offers four years of international business/economics in English. I think there are lots of programs in English throughout Europe - what does this student want to study? And where is he/she eligible to apply? I really think this needs to be an individual search - the opportunities and fees abound, but legalities will be difficult to predict.... |

A friend passed me this cool site: http://www.braintrack.com
I guess it's an index of universities by continent then country, so it is big, but if you can pick a country or two it wouldn't be too bad to search for your field of studies at the universities in that country. |

But as I was saying, it's unusual that he wants to study in English, but not in the UK. I thought there must be programs, but I was trying to help him out, and out of interest myself. I know of the American university in Paris, but I doubt they have degrees in English.
I'd have to say I am curious myself, s if I was in Europe, I may wish to pursue another graduate degree, but in English (just because it would be less stressful). |
