Hi there,
I notice that Westgate have posted lots of jobs in Japan in various locations and seem to be offering a lot (around 260000 yen/month, flight reimbursement, housing etc). Does anyone have any knowledge of them or worked for them in the past??

Hi there!

I worked for Westgate for four consecutive terms. Generally speaking they are excellent employers, and the teaching itself is easy and enjoyable (at least on the university program). The downside is the lack of continuity - if you want to stay in Japan any length of time, the fact that Westgate only offer short contracts for two uni terms a year could be a problem. Then again, if you just want to pop over and experience Japan and see how you like it, it's a great deal.
