| For the life of me I can't seem to get any accurate information about the medical form required for the Z visa. I am Canadian, living in Canada and have looked over the Chinese Embassy website to no avail. I have also tried phoning the Chinese Embassy in Ottawa but have yet to speak to a real person. I just get taped messages which are no help at all. Do any of you know whether or not a medical form is still required. If so, how can I get one? |

| I know the pre-Z visa medical exam is required in Jilin and Inner Mongolia. PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send a copy to you. |
