hi,
can anyone give any advice on how easy it is for a foreigner to find an apartment to rent or to find share accommodation in warsaw, wroclaw, krakow etc? are there any classifieds or any good places (like bookshops or internet cafes) to look? also, what's the average price of a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment?
thanks in advance! |

The easiest way is to go to an agent. They charge between 50% and 33% of a month's rent but have plenty of properties on their books. The best in Warsaw is EuroMark. He'll have you in the place you want in a day or two.
Rent? Anything from $250 for a not so great one room place near the centre to $450 for two big well equipped rooms in a nice neighbourhood in the centre. |
