Of all things, Morelos state is probably best known for its climate, with the capital Cuernavaca described as the City of Eternal Spring. Morelos state, with state info right here , is on the mountain slopes just south of Mexico City. Not a very large state, but opportunities do abound from many language schools - from small individual schools to large chains, to private schools of all levels. Pay varies widely but good opportunities can be found...I would guess you can earn anything from 40 to 80 pesos per hour at language schools, including some business EFL classes, and between an 8000 and 15000 peso salary at private schools, with the upper range for the most qualified.
Morelos is not large, so most jobs would be found in Cuernavaca, though other towns mentioned are Cuautla, and Jojutla.
Cuernavaca is also considered to be one of the best places in the country to take a Spanish course. At least one other Dave's poster is teaching in Cuernavaca.
