ESF is doing their yearly teacher search.
I'm thinking of applying (my NET contract runs out this year).
One thing:
Does anyone know the actual salary steps for ESF? Their site:

Just has the bottom and top points, which doesn't help that much.

I'm really wanting to know how many steps there are and the starting points for various qualifications and how prior teaching experience is viewed/assessed. Do they accept NET teaching experience for example?

Anyone have this information, or know a site that has it?

I want to know all this so I can compare it to my current salary. I know ESF pay more, but I'd like to know how much more, taking into consideration the difference in workload (I'm a 'work-to-live' not 'live-to-work' sort of person). A significant increase would have me move over, but it would have to be significant.

Any help much appreciated.
