I have a friend who works for Berlitz. Don't know about her interview, but this is what her job is like.
Pay is 250,000 a month. Her work week is Thursday - Monday, with split shifts on Monday and Friday (e.g. work 9-1, break, work 5-9). Other than that, standard eikaiwa fare - small classes teaching mostly salarymen and bored housewives. She likes everything about it except the split shifts. |
