Hello,
I was just hoping to seek some views on the NET scheme in Hong Kong. I've referred to the PNet webpage and have looked at the recruitment criteria. One point I would like to verify is:
"Experience in TEFL/TESL at primary school level is preferable"
Does the 'preferable' part give me some hope of successful application if I meet all other criteria but am lacking in experience?
Humble opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. |

This year the EMB hired about 50 NET's and 150 PNET's. I would suggest applying to both programs if you qualify. You will probably have a better opportunity in a program that best suits your experience.
There were over 5000 applicants for 200 jobs. Good luck |

Thanks for the reply, Freddie.
"Good luck"? No. More like a "miracle"! |
