There are a couple of sites that most Indians would subscribe to...and these talk about some categories for jobs abroad...conversely, they'd be looking for people with international experience as well...that's an assumption though...go check it out yourself...

Search on google...u'll find loads of them there.

Oh, and the British Council are looking for someone for maternity cover, google British Council TEFL jobs...
