I got online today for the first time in several days and saw that Melee has changed her name and her avatar, which now shows a photo of what I assume are the twins. Is it true, are these your girls? |

Yup it's me and those are my daughters.
I'm not 100% decided on the name yet, it's actually a separate login because there isn't an option to change username on this forum, so I could go back to MELEE, some people, excluding Guy, don't seem to like referring to me as MamaOaxaca... |

I have to say on Guy's side. Now when people look through old postings and see MELEE mentioned, they're not going to know who that is. |

Guy coined the name, and I liked the sound of it. Another fairly infrequent poster, but one I see almost everyday (Hi Drizzt ) was shocked I would be willing to give up my "ranking" of total posts, but I don't really care about that sort of thing. Besides, Moonraven has been gone for two years and she still have more posts than me!
I see LS's point. Maybe I should take a vote?
Anyways, at least now no one else could be MamaOaxaca! |

Since I'm not earning anything on royalties here, I could go either way on the name. MamaOaxaca maybe has some kind of 60's VW bus ring to it...
I vote that you adopt a split personality. Be mischievous with one name and angelic with the other. I've occasionally pretended to be Tony Dicer for a long time now. |

Guy, are you serious about being Tony Dicer????
Melee/MamaOaxaca, thanks for sharing the photo of your girls. I've been wondering what they looked like, but too shy to ask. |

ROFLMAO at Guy being Tony Dicer. (Tony Dicer is Guys mysterious side, obviously, with the MO of post and run .... until next time! Kind of the king of resurrecting dead old threads! A fun and harmless game, really... )
Melee, I am voting for keeping the same name (Melee) for posterity, and putting those little cutie's picture in place of the dog picture. No need to assume another persona, IMHO. |

Why not answer as MELEE for posts about schools, TEFL, etc. and as MamaOaxaca for subjects about kids, families, etc? |

And "I'veGoneCompletelyMadMelee" for when you get tired of logging in and out as different usernames to answer each question. |
