Thanks for locking that thread Glenski, you beat me to it.
I didn't hear back from the dispatcher but decided to inquire whether or not they had found someone. They said they had not and I asked if they would pay transportation expense to the interview. They said no. Then, I agreed to an interview and spoke to an agent on the phone. She told me the students were mentally challenged and that the BOE was very concerned about the lesson (whatever that means). After mulling it over, I called back and asked if someone could interview me closer to my place or pay my way there, and she said no.
My question is how much do you imagine dispatchers charge for one-hour lessons? |

Thank the moderator. I don't have that power.
I can't answer your question about fees, but I am astonished at your interview techniques. Nobody pays for transporation to interviews, and to ask if they would essentially come to you pretty much guarantees that you are not going to get the job. You sounded like a desperate newbie. |

I forgot to mention that in the end I declined the interview.
So, no one has any idea what kind of fees those buggers charge? Another funny thing that happened is that, from the sound of it, this woman had been around to my school yesterday trying to scrounge up a contract. |
