I'm about to head out for an extended cycle trip through the Mekong and beyond.

However, I don't really feel like lugging my backpack, laptop etc on the bike.

Is there any service, or lockers in HCMC that I can trust to hold my stuff for a month or so, or am I relying on the kindness of strangers?

Cheers

I assume you've been staying in a guest house/hotel - you should be OK leaving it there. Otherwise quickly make friends with an expat & leave it at their house Very Happy

Don't leave them at a crappy hotel or guest house because no telling what they'll do with your stuff. Stay a night at a 4 or 5 star hotel and leave them there telling them you will be returning x number of days. Make sure to get a receipt for your stuff.
