no im just looking for a holiday really before i head back to education. ive applied for Business & Japanese at Cardiff university for starting in Sep 07 but likely i will have to go to college for a year first to do an access course first. but i figured this will be the last holiday i will gee maybe while i pursue further education.
yes im quitting the postman job lol. im still waiting to see a musculaskeletal specialist about my right knee (16 week wait) from an injury brought on by this stupid job.
i visited tokyo last year in may and loved it! but this year im not sure if i want to go back to japan for a short break or thailand. thailand looks so beautiful. decisions decisions

Personally I would come in mid April. I know that it is stinkin hot but you will be able to experience Songkran (the Thai New Year), which is a great party that lasts about 3-4 days. I would recommend being in Chiang Mai for the celebrations, but every province and city will have a great party. I beleive the actual dates are April 13-17 (I could be off by a few days). If you are looking to blow off some steam and a party atmosphere for a holiday (for at least a few days), this is a great time to come. The negative side being that transportation and accommodations can be a huge headache during this week. Just get where you wanna be a couple of days in advance and you will be fine.
