A few weeks ago we received job offers from a company called Ocean Express Shipping Line promising outrageous wages for short hours teaching English to crew members aboard a passenger ship.

This is to inform you of the opportunity. There is opportunity for employment at Ocean Express Shipping Line. This company is located Worldwide. We are recruiting applicants that will join our crews in Ghana. We have 5 new Cargo Ships, 3 new vessels SHIP AND 6 NEW PASSENGERS SHIP. The country of origin of the Ships is United Kingdom but they are registered in Ghana

These wages were to be paid monthly, so we decided to make some further enquiries; what the hell it's easy to fire off a couple of e-mails and I was curious to know what the 'hook' was.
Specifics of the job were very non specific and they were wanting us to send $300 U.S so that they could process our visas to be issued from Ghana (....finally the catch...).
We told him we'd provide arrange our own visas and mysteriously all correspondence stopped.....imagine that.......

Today I got this one...

Looks like the scammers are targetting ESL teacher boards; I wondered why I was winning so much money and being offered millions of dollars for helping beleaguered Nigerian widows lately.
