I am a little disappointed about missing the Massive Mexico City Get Together, but I am going to be in DF next week, Mar 4-10. The purpose of my visit is to check out the city, see if my Spanish still works, and confirm that I definitely want to move there to teach Ingles. So...

If any of you gainfully (or not so gainfully) employed English teachers would like to get together for a coffee or beer and impart some wisdom and/or scare me off from the idea of teaching in DF, I am buying. Please PM me if you're inclined.

Thanks,

k.

Im sure one or more of us DF freaks will be happy to meet you! I am not in DF but in Toluca (to the west - but hoping to upgrade to DF someday). I can meet with you on a Sat or Sun as Im usually in the city on weekends.

What can I say? I'm easy.

Sounds like another Defectosos get-together is coming...I'm not sure I've fully recovered from the last one where MamaOaxaca drank us all under the table.

Might have a long wait for that Aabra... you see. (sorry Guy I said I wouldnt tell but...) Guy got drunk and mad when I took a pic of him smooching FreddyM's cheek... He tore the camara apart looking to rip out the film and wouldnt stop even when I told him it was a digital camara... All I could do was sweep up the pieces afterwards

Laughing Laughing Laughing (In case anyone thinks the above BS is for real)
