I'm planning to move to Buenos Aires in March, and speak very little Spanish, so I'm looking into different Immersion programs there - any recommendations? Any advice would be helpful.

Moonwatchr, I'm not sure what you mean by "I speak very little Spanish", but if you mean something like "I've never studied it before" or "I only speak a few travel phrases" my advice is to try to take a class at a community college or adult education center before you get to BA. You'll get a lot more out of your immersion program if you have already have some basic vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.

Thanks for the advice. I'm actually currently taking a beginner's Spanish course here in the States, but am trying to decide which language school to enroll in once I arrive in B.A. since there are so many to choose from!

You may have to try several schools before you find one that works for you. If you can help it, don't pay for more than the first week or two so you can switch if you feel it isn't working out.
