I am moving to CR for several months and am interested in teaching ESL. Meeting people is a concern, so I am very nervous about where I apply as the last time I taught ESL in South America, the other teachers were much older than me and had no interest in meshing with the culture nor in meeting people. I am almost 30, and do not have certification, but am still going to try to get a job without it. If anyone has any recommendations as to which schools and cities may be best for me to apply to, etc., I would greatly appreciate it:) Thanks!!
