Try tefl.com. They have a few posts listed that don't require MAs.

Most tertiary institutions are now using agents for recruitment, and direct hiring is becoming rare. The new hands hired by agencies (at least for the MOHE/Manpower colleges) seldom have an MA. The only hassle is that the remuneration package from agencies is less lucrative than direct hires once were. |

Depending on how picky you are with your level of establishment (ie uni vs institute), there are loads of jobs available in Muscat without an MA. They're desperate for teachers all over the city; so much so that some less reputable places are practically dragging anyone with a functional knowledge of English in off the sidewalk!
There are the institutes like CfBT & Polyglot or colleges like Caledonain, the Banking College, Fire & Safety College, the Medical College (I'm sure these aren't their official titles, but a quick net search should drag them up).
So if you want to go to Muscat, which is a great place, then go for it. Don't expect a great salary to go along with it, but it's a good place to live for a while. |

I don't have experience but I did volunteer for two years tutoring/teaching ESL. I have a B.A and Tefl from University.
Looking for a school to work at but I don't want to more than 25hours a week. |
