I'd probably be running a small hotel on the beach in Mexico. Or maybe a homemade salsa store, or taco stand. There's a fat little guy here in DF who runs a taco joint that goes through five 50 kg slabs of pastor meat each and every night. A fat little rich guy with a big cowboy hat and handlebar moustache. I could be that guy.

But I'm teaching...what are you doing?

Can you make me one of a fat little rich guy, with cowboy boots, cowboy hat, and handlebar moustache?

This cracks me up. Guy has just described "el Bigote" (the moustache), the fat little rich guy here who owns a popular outside restaurant, serving pork by the kilo for tacos and such, aptly named "El Bigote". He drives a big new Ford Lobo, wears lots of gold, and frequents the new casino. Mexico has career options, and some of them even make money. Wink

If I had a business partner I would open a bar. I had a friend who used to DJ big parties at his parents' house in Coyocan and he made 5000 pesos in one night just selling beer to the people at the party. So, something along those lines, maybe.

I would be a train operator for the Mexico City Metro. That would have to be an interesting job. I think that would pretty cool for a few years. Then I would like to be an owner of a fleet of micro buses. El rey de los micros Very Happy

I'd open a Mexi-Thai joint. We'd cater to the chili-lovin' S&M crowd.
