One bedroom is available in a 2 bedroom + den house. There is a large kitchen and family room. The house is only one floor, NO stairs to climb! There is a live in maid who cooks, cleans and does laundry. The house is internet wired. There is a large yard out front with grass, trees and a hammock. The drive way is large enough to fit 50 bikes.
The house is not in Phu My Hung, it is about 3-5 min away from PMH in Q.7. 10 Minutes to Q.1

There is a dog living here as well, so must be OK to live with dogs.

Rent is 2.500.000 D plus 500.000 D for the maid plus utilities.
