hello everyone..
i need help ASAP..
I'm an english teacher at a state school and i earn around 1000 dollars a month..
i was successful in the exam and was accepted to anadolu university as a lecturer..
i need to leave my current job and it is almost impossible to get back once you leave..
do you think it is worth that?the salary is almost the same..a difference of 100 dollars only..
in my current job i've got 3 monts of vacation every year and if i start at the university i am going to have 20 days only..
i don't know what to do..
what should i do? |

Will you enjoy the job more? Is it more relevant to your future job plans? Will you feel guilty leaving your other school in the lurch? Are you sure you want to stay in Turkey long enough to complete the new job's contract period? What is the accomodation and working conditions (e.g. technology in the school) like? Which one will make you a better teacher? Which one will be less bureaucratic? Etc...
Have you tried the whole making a list of reasons to go and a list of reasons to stay thing?
