Hi, I was offered a job in Uganda making the equivalent of $15,000 USD a year plus a small housing allowance. I have no idea about the cost of living in Uganda. Can someone tell me if this is a good salary? How much would a comfortable, safe flat cost? Would appreciate advice. Thanks.
