I've just been offered a job at a private language school in beijing, i was suprised to see that the paid holiday they offer (20 days) includes public holidays so all your paid leave is swallowed up by chinese holidays.
Is this normal?
other jobs advertised state the number of paid holidays days but don't say if it includes public holidays, thanks.

That's private schools for you. I hope the pay is handsome to compensate (at least 10,000 per month)
