Okay this is a huge longshot but I was wondering if anyone has seen any Haidong Gumdo (Korean Martial Art of the sword) dojangs/dojos in Japan.

My understanding is you won't find alot of other asian martial arts in Japan as that is apparently frowned upon.

If possible I would like to continue my training but I'm assuming my only option would be to work in Korea instead of Japan.

But I still have this shred of hope someone here might have a clue what i'm talking about. Smile

Thanks for you time.

Your understanding would be wrong, Muay Thai is huge here as is Brazilian juijitsu, even capoera(sp??). Some of the more obsure disciplines and the ones not involving beating the crap outta each other, are well, obscure.
