What dictator is moderating this forum? They musta zapped the entire topic due to what? A topic they don't like? Same for why "Atrocity Near Tabuk" got locked I guess (a little disagreement not allowed?). Sad, sad, sad....

maybe this will be zapped too, so much for freedom of expression on this site Rolling Eyes

maybe its time to send dave an email

Simple. The answer lies within the threads themselves. Certain Regal presences (and their Mates) cannot abide having their opinions questioned. They like, shall we say, to have the final word. A better notion might be to erect a site elsewhere where free speech can be guaranteed

schubert, i don't see how the Tabuk thread warrented being locked. one poster was maybe a little feisty but nothing was offensive, imo. it's not the posters who are locking them out, it's the moderators.

yes, 007 this thread is bound to be executed given the topic!! and who said cyberspace ever guaranteed free speech. after all, it was originally a military construct, and sure enuf free speech has evolved on it, but just as easily can devolve...but i like your paraphrasing of dumbya Laughing

Usually when a topic gets locked, there will also have been posts deleted. Since threads on this section of the board often end up declining into insults and obscenities, I expect that this one will soon end up in the same situation...
