I am an American and my university took taxes out of my last years earnings in error(I told them all year long that Americans are exempt for paying taxes for the first 2 years, but they did not listen.)
I have been told by my university that I can file a normal tax return and get all or at least most of my money back. All foreigners can file and should get some portion back as a refund,I have been told. Where can I find tax help about Korean Taxes and apply for a refund???
