Help! I need the telephone numbers of someone I can actually talk to at the US consulate in HCMC. I've tried all the numbers on their website, but you only get a recording, "If you want an immigrant visa, press 1, if you want....., press 2...", etc., etc. There is no option for talking to someone, either an operator, or leaving a message.

Mine is a complicated case that concerns the acquisition of an American passport for my baby, and an extension of Green Card validity for my Vietnamese wife, simultaneously.

Can you help?

From there I'm sure they will direct you to the proper channel who could help you with your needs.
