Kintetsu Shin-Namba Building
1-4-38 Minatomachi
Naniwa-ku, Osaka 556-0017
Japan
Would this address be on the jr line? Would it be close to downtown? Anyone live here? What better apartments, both in proximity and known for socialness does nova have?
I'm trying to find a nova apartment near downtown, so I can walk or have a cheap taxi with a night out, especially since we dont have fri, sat off. Thanks |

You'd have to be a fool to post your potential address on here... |

Um...
That's not a residential address. That's the actual address of the NOVA MM Center...That's where you'll be reporting for work. |

Nova wouldn't have any places in naniwa-ku anyway. This is right in the centre of Osaka, maybe some of the highest rent prices in Japan. Most Nova places tend to be in less urban areas just outside the main city. Places like Toyonaka, Nishinomiya etc. |

Nova do have many apartments in Naniwa-Ku, most of them are within ten minutes walk of the mm centre.
I don't live there but many of the people I flew over with do. The apartments there are smaller than the ones in less central places, but they are very good for walking home to after the subway stops. I have to wait until the subway starts at 5am, but that's no big deal - there's plenty of places to get your head down for an hour or two before then. |
