| Does everywhere in Thailand ask for a criminal record check? I have noticed it seems common. I have a drunk and disorderly charge for about 8 years back and will have to wait another 2 years before my record is clean. Thanks |

| Not everywhere..it just depends where you go to get your visa. Penang is not needing as of now, but it will probably change very soon. |
