Essential to ongoing success will be the employment of high quality people, who can enjoy living and working in Dubai, a modern cosmopolitan city offering one of the most desirable lifestyle locations in the world. |
And again under the salary and benefits ...

By viewing the 'Dubai Lifestyle' section in the site you can also consider the benefits of Dubai as a location to live and work in. |
So living in Dubai is part of the benefits package?
Am I missing something? |

'Salary negotiable at interview'. In other words a standard company job, and you'll only find out if it's worth it after the interview. |

It took quite a search of their website to even find the benefit package, and then it gives a long list that starts out with the caveat that different positions are only eligible for parts of the list.
Add this to the discussion list if you get an interview. I'd want a written list rather than a verbal suggestion...
But if it came with travel allowances, it could be a good job I'd think... certainly worth applying for.
