I have never heard of this place, and from the website, it appears to have started in 2006, so it is very new. But, you would seem a very good fit for them. Your medical background could overcome your minimal EFL credentials.
The problem that I see for you - based on your post in the KSA branch - is that the pay in Oman is quite low and there is likely no way that you could save $20,000 per year. In fact, you are probably only in the $25,000 a year salary range max. That said, if they provide a decent housing and furniture allowance - tickets - gratuity - as is usual, and if you live VERY frugally, you could save close to that amount. Transport is also an issue because Oman is a place where a car is required.
BUT, if you still have contacts back home in medical transcription, you could supplement your income doing it over the net and pick up some extra money that way. (you could probably do that most anywhere with good internet access)
Another catch here is that you will need to check this place out pretty carefully. It has no track record, so it would be a bit of a leap of faith to take a job there. But, Oman is a nice place to live.
