Apartment included? Airfare? working hours? any other benefits?

that salary, around 16 hours, housing and basic utilities is OK.
Don't get excited about Pudong though. Cook for yourself or eat where the students do. Nights at home will feature strongly, unless you like looking at wide roads and tall buildings.
