You will be much better served to take an on-site certification course. They are offered in the Czech Rep, Poland, and Hungary (you said Central Europe, right?).

A basic certification course should be 100 + hours on site, with a teaching practicum of at least 6 hours, supervised by experienced teacher trainers. You can find courses fitting this description in any of the countries listed above.

On site courses offer you a chance to get your feet wet while you still have a support system in the country, can help you with contacts for housing, and your practice teaching students will be representative of the ones you'll actually be working with. Also, your certification will be recognized by local employers.

Don't do Oxford - no teaching practicum makes for a substandard certification. Much has been written on Dave's concerning courses like Oxford.

No one will want to interview you in Europe until you are actually there. It's a desirable destination and schools have been burned in the past with teachers who didn't actually show up, or, when they did, proved to have misrepresented themselves in some way. You will have to be there on the ground to get any serious consideration.
