Hey y'all,

i was wondering how "intense" (so the claim) is the Aeon training. They said too, that we're responsible for our own meals for the week Rolling Eyes does this work out to be expensive, seeing as you've just landed and don't know where's affordable?

for those of you who lived in Aeon housing, are they in pretty good shape when you get them?

thanx for the input y'all.

-Anto.

I don't know if I'm too late as this message was posted about a month ago, but I'll answer anyway.

AEON training is intense....long days and lessons to prepare at night. I was lucky because I had taught before and I was used to planning quickly. The other trainees in my group were a bit stressed though.

In terms of eating, go to a local izakaya like tsubohashi....these places are cheap and fun!

AEON housing is pretty good....the only place I've worked with single housing. The places are small generally but pretty good locations (close to the schools except if you're in Tokyo I guess) and when I was there the rent was subsidised so no matter where you lived you didn't pay over 39,000YEN per month...which was great for me as I was within walking distance to the city centre Smile

For a big chain, AEON treats their employees pretty well.

Enjoy!
