If I were getting started in this field, I'd skip it and just do the full TEFL course. Their main selling point seems to be the grammar course, but from what I recall, the grammar tests in my TEFL course weren't terribly bad. But then, I'm a bit of a grammar geek...

I guess it depends on how good/bad one's grammar is. Personally, it looks like a waste of time and money and it will not help you get a job.

Get a good grammar workbook - work through it - then take the CELTA or a good TEFL Cert. You'll be fine.

There seems to be all sorts of fringe products these days to take some money off of EFL folks - but the basics still work pretty good.
