Anyone looking at this school needs to take note of their suspect and somewhat "shady" methods of recruiting teachers.

Here we go again. We were once again approached by Richard Naylor(Head of Secondary) in about February this year. However this time round we knew what to expect.
Read the following and consider carefully before accepting an offer- your acceptance is no guarantee that you will actually get the post. This school's modus operandi appears to be enticement first, than a game of cat and mouse.
You might be offered a post - by email or sms, with the added note that the "board" are discussing this. Then you might get another sms saying �we have not forgotten you �the heads of the respective schools will be phoning you�. Then you might get a call from David Cole (Head of Primary) asking you if you have any questions. When you ask if he is offering you a post he will probably say he does not have the authority and will talk to the Head.
Be aware that if you are offered a post - and you accept, this can be over ruled by the Russian Director (even at the last minute). According to Richard Naylor (Head of Secondary) the Russian director can overturn any offer he has made. One must ask- who in this organization actually is able to honour their word- clearly not the British recruiters. Or, perhaps they can but prefer to use the Director as an excuse after having kept all applicants "on the line" and then dropping those not needed. As recruiters their methods are manipulative and decidedly suspect. My advice is that should you accept a post you will need to get this school to pay for your flights up front, so they are also at risk. Also make sure that Olga Mukergee, the secretary actually attends to your visa application � you might be told that the school is being inspected and she is too busy.
So, do not buy flight tickets, pack up or let your home until you actually have the visa in your hands- as David Cole says this does cost the school money , so that might be the real test of their sincerity.
Obviously the British International School has their own organizational culture of which Richard Naylor, and David Cole are part and perhaps need, or have to be, in order to retain their own jobs.
Needless to say our experience with Richard Naylor and his �management team" will serve as a bench mark for the way in which British recruiters for foreign schools behave- or rather should not behave.
